Yes, Ford never built a Ranger dually, for obvious reasons. The former compact pickup and now mid-size hauler simply doesn't need the extra set of wheels and tires out back, nor the extra width, because it can't/doesn't tow the kinds of loads that a big old Super Duty pulls on the regular.
