The lime flavor is REALLY strong in these cookies, and I imagine this might chase some snackers away, myself included. It's a shame, because the shortbread flavoring with the powered sugar is actually really tasty, but the lime just over powers the whole thing IMHO. These would be 10x better if they just toned down that lime flavor about 50%.
