Red sanding sugar. Ruler and edible marker {optional} Outline and flood the white area of the boot. Use tweezers to place 2-3 berries and leaves on the left of the boot. Pipe the sole of the boot with black outline icing (Wilton tip #5). Let it dry for 15-20 min. Next outline with red and brown icing.

Outline the body and head with brown icing. While the icing is wet, add the 4 mm bead for the nose and the small nonpareils for the eye. Pipe a little white line for the tail. Add the black for the feet. Outline and flood the scarves with the red, green, and blue icing and let the cookies dry completely.

The four that are wrapped do not have bows on them yet..and it's a crime to have a present without a bow. My mother-in-law would die!
