The last couple of weeks of summer and the first couple of weeks of autumn make up the month of September in Rome. The temperature is amiable during this month, and it gets better as September rolls on. The days are sufficiently long for you to enjoy sightseeing as well. September sees a moderate amount of rain throughout the month.
