It won't help with the glitch, but if things are normal it will improve her reactions toward you.

Re: Is Lady Grey just there? I'm pretty sure that she has to be in the bedroom to sleep with her. Also check to see that you don't have a negative number for scariness. If you do she'll laugh at you. I'd have to disagree about the scariness. I can always get in her bed when I'm full evil and scary.
