Pineapple Upside Down Mimosas are one of our favorite brunch time beverages! They combine the classic mimosa you know and love with the delicious taste of pineapple upside down cake. Made with just 3 simple ingredients, these pineapple mimosas are easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Directions. Combine pineapple and pineapple juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and top each with 3 ounces champagne.

Then drizzle in 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier (recommended, but optional.)
