Elegant Whipped Lavender Berry Mousse. The ingredients should be room temperature for best results. I added berry-flavored stevia for extra sweetness and flavor, and to keep the amount of honey on the lower side. You can use another flavor or plain if you want. Adjust sweetness to taste keeping in mind the amount of liquids used.

Remove from heat and add the chocolate and drained gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved. Set aside to cool. Beat the rest of the cream with the sugar until it stiffens.
