1/3 cup water. 1 to 2 tbsp. sake. 1 to 2 tbsp. mirin. Mix together kasuzuke, water, sake, and mirin. Add fish and marinate at least 12 hours. Remove and scrape marinade from fish pieces. Broil until done.
