Set aside to cool. In a medium sized bowl, combine corned beef, egg, all-purpose flour, green onion, and potatoes. Mix well until everything is incorporated. Portion your mix into 7, 3-ounce balls. Heat a large pan. Place hash balls into the hot pan and press down to form the "patty" shape. Sear for 2 minutes a side, or cook until heated through.

In a deep fryer or pan, lightly fry shrimp until shrimp is 50% cooked. Remove shrimp from pan and place on a plate lined with a paper towel. In another pan add butter and garlic. Sweat garlic in butter for a minute. Add shrimp and toss lightly in sauce. Add oyster sauce and coat shrimp. Enjoy over steamed rice or vegetables.

Directions. 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch cubes. In a small bowl, add honey, shoyu, and garlic. Stir until ingredients are well-combined and set aside. Set a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and onions. Cook the onions until translucent and fragrant. Add chicken and season with salt & pepper, and cook.
