The only way to get theses truly authentic Cuban chocolate bars and balls is to visit the Baracoa region, as they are homemade and not exported. It has PGPR, so I wasn't super excited about trying it; if they're going to replace their cocoa butter with anything then it's probably not worth my time.

Stir in the chopped and whole peanuts. Mix well. Pour the chocolate mixture into the mold, filling the cavities (only about half way up if you're using the suggested mold below). Let the chocolate cool and set for at least 2 hours, until solid. When the chocolate bars are solid, carefully remove them from the mold.
