Instructions. Add 2 cups of almonds to a food processor. Process for several minutes until a fine almond meal has formed, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. While processing, slowly drizzle in coconut oil and continue to process for about 7-10 minutes. Finally, add in 2-3 tsp of ground coffee and a pinch of salt.


Homemade Almond Butter

Ingredients. 1 banana. 2 tsp instant coffee. 1 tbsp chia seeds. 1/4 cup almond butter OR cashew butter. 1 cup almond milk. 6 ice cubes. Instructions. Combine ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth, approximately 30 seconds to assure the coffee is well blended.

Instructions. In a blender, place the bananas, cold brew concentrate, almond milk, dates, almond butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed to blend. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silpat baking mat. Make flaxseed egg by combining 1 Tablespoon ground flax with 3 Tablespoons of water in a small bowl.
