Ourika valley is a nice place to rest and breathe at about 1 h drive from Marrakech. You can eat the feet in the water or during the climbing. From half an hour to 4 h walk depending on the level you want to reach, the 1st watefall level is sometimes over crowded, but from the 2nd waterfalls level, quite nobody. So go on after the first waterfall.
