BERRY COOLER

In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add flowers. Let steep for 5 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Put ice in a 2 or 3 quart pitcher. Strain Hibiscus tea over ice to remove flowers. Reserve a few berries for garnish if desired, crush remaining berries with a wooden spoon.
